Design

Fixturing
As experianced tool makers, we are able to design and produce any necessary fixture or jig in-house that is needed to correctly and efficiently produce your product.
Specialty threads
Can't find a thread or fitting for your project? We are experianced and capable of producing most types of threads. Impirial, Metric, and British, whether they are parallel, tappered, Acme, Buttress or Square. We are also capable of making specialized TPI if requested.
Laser marking
We have multiple lasers for engraving and marking, whether you need a part number, serial number, batch number, company logo or just want a custom design put on your product.
Quality control
We fully inspect our products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure all parts are manufactered to meet or exceed our customer's demands.
Welding
Multiple welding and fabrication processes available as well as soldering and brazing. Capable of working with most alloys and specializing in both stainless steel and aluminum.
Part tumbling grit blast and deburr
All your tumbling, grit or glass blasting needs can be done at various stages of production. All parts produced will be deburred with edge brake as needed or required by design.
Product finishing
All Cerakote and paint is done in-house. we out-source for heat treat, hard coat, and anodize in order to deliver our customers with quality finished parts.
Simple to complex assembly
We specialize in mechanical assembly and can provide custom solutions for a variety of applications in prototype or production quantities.
Package design
We design any packaging to meet your needs. We will also box it up for you, saving you time and space.
